Diagnosis of ADHD and Learning Disorders
We carry out comprehensive assessments for children and adults suspected of having ADHD or learning difficulties. Our diagnostic process includes interviews, standardised tests and direct observation to provide an accurate diagnosis and a personalised intervention plan.
We work with both children and adults, recognising that ADHD does not disappear with age and requires specialist care at every stage of life.
Therapies for ADHD and Learning Difficulties
We offer personalised therapies tailored to each individual case. We use a 100% play-based approach, where play is the primary therapeutic tool. Each session is designed to address specific difficulties whilst maintaining motivation and ensuring the process remains enjoyable.
Our therapies focus on attention, concentration, executive functions, social skills, emotional regulation and learning strategies.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for ADHD
Specialised psychological support designed to help change patterns of thought and behaviour associated with ADHD. We focus on emotional self-regulation, impulse control, organisation and planning, and the development of effective coping strategies.
This therapy is particularly useful for teenagers and adults with ADHD who need practical tools to help them in their daily lives.
Early Intervention
Early intervention is essential for a child’s development. We have specially equipped rooms at our two centres for working with children aged 0 to 6. We offer stimulation and support in the areas of motor skills, cognitive development, communication and social skills.
Our preventive approach aims to maximise each child’s potential from an early age, always using play-based methods tailored to their age.
Family Education and Parenting Courses
We offer specialist training for families with children who have ADHD or learning difficulties. We provide practical tools, educational strategies and guidance for day-to-day life at home and at school.
We also deliver lectures and training sessions aimed at professionals in the education sector, sharing the knowledge and experience we have gained over 15 years of working with these disorders.
Forensic Expertise
As a registered clinical educational psychologist, I provide expert witness services in cases requiring specialist assessment of ADHD or learning difficulties. We produce rigorous and detailed expert reports that can be used in legal proceedings.
With 15 years of experience, we are able to provide professional assessments that are well-founded and recognised in the legal sphere.
Group classes
We offer group sessions where children and young people can work on social skills, study techniques and learning strategies in a supportive peer environment. The groups are small to ensure individual attention.
Group sessions complement individual therapy and provide an opportunity to practise skills in a real-life social setting, fostering a sense of belonging and collaborative learning.
